Stronghold Relations Ltd. was started by Allard Marx when it became apparent that many pr firms were unable to seamlessly leverage the corporate branding developments undertaken by INCIDE, the ten-year old corporate branding research & development firm he heads up.
Allard always had an aversion to "PR" populated as it so often is by "fluffy party organisers" and "be-essers". Adamant that media relations is really what the business should be about, he vowed only to attract no-nonsense, plain-talking, senior practitioners with international experience who could get the right stories into the media.
Pure and simple.
While he owns the majority of the business and takes a keen interest in the company, adding strategic insights and ideas when least expected, he knows that he cannot be all things to all men and lets his senior specialists get on with their job. He, after all, has his at INCIDE.
Stronghold is small but growing steadily.
